RUSSIAN FABERGE GOLD AND GUILLOCHE ENAMEL PENCIL, ALDER, C. 1910 - Early 20th-century Imperial Russian gold-mounted guilloche enamel pencil holder, of a flattened rectangular form, enameled in translucent burgundy over a wavy guilloche ground, the gold collar decorated with a gold leaf border. Hallmarked with a 56 Russian gold standard, maker's mark 'A.A' for Andrei Karlowitsch Adler, a renowned Faberge workmaster. St-Petersburg, circa 1908-1917. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
