A MALAYSIAN OR PHILIPPINE SPEAR WITH INCISED DECORATION, 19 C. - Spear from Malaysia (called “Lembing”) or Philippines (Sulu/Jolo). Dark wood haft without decoration. Brass ferrule and socket, both decorated with incised geometric style. Large spearhead blade with rusty marks; a large central ridge adorned with incised floral patterns. This ridge is raised (like in Malay spear style). Pointed tip. Possibly for ceremonial use. Please make all inquiries before bidding. All lots are sold ”as-is”, refer to our T&C.
