A ZULU THROWING CLUB, 19TH CENTURY - Zulu throwing club. It is an old and used throwing club from the Zulu/South Africa tribes. Long handle with a hole for a lanyard. The bulbous head is pierced, a sign of nails, now missing. These nails had protruding convex bulges as heads for causing more damage to the club's targets. Late 19th century.
