A WW2 GERMAN ARMY PARATROOPER BADGE (ARMY VERSION) - The WW2 German Army Paratrooper Badge (Fallschirmschützenabzeichen) was awarded to parachutists of the Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS of Nazi Germany after completing six jumps. This example is the army version (Fallschirmschützen-Abzeichen des Heeres) distinguished by the swastika located at the top of the badge and surrounded by the Heer-style German national eagle. Constructed of gilded and silvered zink which is characteristic of the third pattern made in late 1942. Germany, ca. 1942. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
