AN ANTOINE BOFILL SIGNED BRONZE VASE WITH A SEATED CHILD AMONGST WHEAT, 20TH CEN. - A bronze vase by the Spanish sculptor Antoine Bofill (1875 - After 1925) depicting a boy seated amongst a field of wheat which acts as the neck of the vase. Originally the boy would have held a scythe in his left hand that extended to the foot of the vase. The bottom of the piece is stamped with the number '7823' and is inset with a medallion reading 'BRONZE GARANTI AU TITRE L. V. DÉPOSÉE'. France, Early 20th Century.
