A SILVERED BRONZE ART DECO BUD VASE ”FLORA II” BY ERTE, 1984 - A limited edition silvered bronze bud vase titled ”Flora II, ” 1984. Signed in the stem and marked 205 / 250. The designs created by Erte during his lifetime. Note: Romain de Tirtoff, 1892 to 1990 was a Russian-born French artist and designer known by the pseudonym Erte, from the French pronunciation of his initials. He was a 20th-century artist and designer in an array of fields, including fashion, jewelry, graphic arts, costume, and set design for film, theatre, opera, and interior decor. His work is considered among the most influential and unique of the 20th century, earning him the title ”Father of Art Deco.” Please make all inquiries before bidding.
