A FRENCH HUNTING DAGGER WITH EBONY HANDLE, CA. 18TH CENTURY - A French hunting dagger of the late 18th or early 19th century, with a ribbed and tapered ebony handle affixed to the tang by three metal rivets, parts of the rivets now missing. The straight blade has a flattened back and was adorned with engraving, some of which is still extant. France, 18th/19th Century. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
