A PAIR OF VIENNESE ANZENGRUBER PORCELAIN FIGURAL BOOKENDS, C. 1920S

A pair of porcelain bookends made by Anzengruber Keramik of Vienna, Austria, appearing as two playful young boys running with bundles of books in their arms, some falling to the ground as they go. The underside of each piece of is impressed with the marks 'Anzengruber', 'Made in Vienna', E, and are affixed with old stickers to the back with the name of the manufacturer and location.
