DAISY ERIN ERB (AMERICAN, 1875–1959) SIGNED GOUACHE LANDSCAPE, DATED 1941 - Gouache on paper, signed lower right “Daisy E. Erb / 41”. A vibrantly rendered landscape showing a panoramic mountain vista with tiered fields, rolling hills, and a foreground of flowering shrubs and tall trees. Executed in bold, impressionistic brushstrokes with lively coloration, the composition captures the interplay of light across the valley. Presented in a later green-painted wood frame. Daisy Erin Erb (1875–1959) was an American painter known for her regional landscapes and impressionist technique. This dated 1941 gouache exemplifies her plein-air approach and her use of color to evoke the seasonal character of the natural world. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
