Item Overview
Description:
Instituted on October 29, 1932. Bronze and steel construction with copper plating, silvering, and red and white enamel. The obverse depicts a Red Army soldier aiming a rifle, set against a red star, with the legend "Voroshilovsky Strelok" (Voroshilov Sharpshooter) and OSOAVIAKHIM (Society for the Promotion of Aviation and Chemical Defense). Reverse with screwback fitting; the nut from another badge, but bearing the stamped number 38.10.350.
