USSR, LENINGRAD, 1930S - Issued in the 1930s to honor participants of agricultural campaigns named after Lazar Kaganovich, aimed at boosting crop production. The obverse features a portrait of Kaganovich within a circular frame, surrounded by banners, wheat ears, and industrial motifs, inscribed ”To a Participant of the Kaganovich Campaign / For High Yields”. Produced by the DSO “Burevestnik” workshop, Leningrad. The reverse retains its original screwback with nut stamped ”DSO / Burevestnik”. Material: Steel, copper-plating, silvering, enamel.
