Massive circular silver medal, 50 mm in diameter, with suspension loop. Obverse: Bust of Tsar Nicholas II facing left, with inscription: ”Б.М. НИКОЛАЙ II ИМПЕРАТОРЪ И САМОДЕРЖЕЦЪ ВСЕРОСС.” (By the Grace of God, Nicholas II, Emperor and Autocrat of All Russia).
