The obverse reads as: "Б.М. Александръ III Императоръ и Самодержецъ Всеросс, " which means "His Majesty Alexander III, Emperor and Autocrat of All Russia." A rare Russian silver neck medal FOR ZEAL, reign of Alexander III (1881 - 1894).
