The obverse bears the inscription ”PAX LABOR / MOSCOU PARIS, ” while the reverse reads ”ФРАНЦУЗСКАЯ ВЫСТАВКА / ВЪ МОСКВѢ 1891” (French Exposition in Moscow, 1891), with a detailed depiction of the exposition pavilion surrounded by flags.
