A SMALL RUSSIAN GILT SILVER AND CLOISONNE ENAMEL BOWL - Of circular form on a spreading foot, the exterior is richly decorated with vibrant, shaded enamels in the Neo-Russian style. The bowl’s upper register features scrolling foliage and stylized blossoms in soft tones of yellow, pink, lilac, and green against a sky-blue ground, bordered with a band of raised white enamel beads. The foot and lower body are enameled with alternating red and white petal motifs on gilt stippled grounds, outlined with twisted gilt wires. The interior is gilded throughout. Hallmarked: on the body (rim) 84 zolotniks silver standard, and maker’s initials. Weight: 3.9 oz., (112 g.) Please make all inquiries before bidding. All lots are sold ”as-is”, refer to our T&C.
