A GEORGES GAUDY (1872–1940) BELGIAN CIRCUIT INTERNATIONAL RACE POSTER, 1906 - A poster by champion cyclist and artist Georges Gaudy (1872-194) advertising the car races taking place throughout Belgium in 1906, commissioned by L'Automobile Club De Belgique. The poster is in the characteristic art-nouveau style of the day, with 5 women in traditional dress watching the races and performing various activities. The piece is kept in a frame to preserve it.
