A CAUCASIAN SILVER MOUNTED KINDJAL DAGGER, 19TH/20TH CEN. - A Caucasian kindjal dagger with a beautiful sharp, double-edge blade with two wide fullers to each side. The hilt is comprised of two polished horn scales secured to the tang via 3 silver and niello rivets. Scabbard decorated with brilliant silver and niello mounts. Blade very lightly pitted at the edges. Scabbard leather is original and has several chips. Blade fits the scabbard well.
