AN INDIAN KHANJAR DAGGER WITH A STONE CARVED HILT, 20TH CEN. - Double-edged, slightly re-curved steel blade with a reinforced ridge. The forte is decorated with foliate gold koftgari panels. Ornate carved black hardstone hilt (likely nephrite/serpentine) in a floral motif with lobed quillon and berry/flower terminals, accented with small bone/ivory inserts; plain ferrule at the guard.
