A RUSSIAN ENGRAVED SILVER TEA GLASS HOLDER, 1880 - A russian silver teaglass holder in Pan-Slavic style featuring engraved text reading ”PRIYATNIJ APPETIT” in Cyrillic (meaning Bon Appetit). Made in 1880 by the workshop of S. Ikonnikov. Marked on the bottom with SI in Cyrillic, 84 Russian silver standard, dated 1880, St. George for Moscow. Two old dealer labels are affixed to the inside of the holder. Weight: 4.3 oz., 124 g. Dimensions: H: 3 5/8 in., (9 cm.) Conditions: Very good with a tiny dent at the middle part.
