The scroll bears engraved initials and a date ”18 8/X 99,” likely commemorating a personal event. The design reflects a refined late 19th century decorative vocabulary combining figural and ornamental elements. Hallmarks: Maker’s mark ”ПШ” in Cyrillic for Pavel Shutenkov in a rectangular cartouche, 84 silver standard with St. George in an oval punch, Moscow. Weight: 3.0 oz., (84 g.).
