A SOVIET ART NOUVEAU SILVER TEAGLASS HOLDER, LATVIA, 1920S - A cylindrical tea glass holder with a rectangular handle; the upper edge features a carved outline and an engraved Art Nouveau geometric pattern. In the center is an engraved monogram, and below it on the lower rim is the date ”19 24/XII 22”. The body of the glass holder near the upper rim, the handle, and the base bear the following marks: a hallmark in a shield indicating 875 and a female head facing upward (common to all cities in Latvia from 1919 to 1940), and the maker’s mark ”PK.” Weight: 3.5 o., (99 g.)
