A RUSSIAN PARCEL-GILT SILVER SHOT GLASS, MOSCOW, LATE 19TH TO EARLY 20TH CENTURY - Of slightly tapering cylindrical form with a subtly flared rim, the body encircled by engraved linear bands and decorated on one side with a shield-shaped cartouche above crossed branches. The surface exhibits natural oxidation and patina, while the interior retains traces of original gilding. Hallmarks: 84 silver standard with kokoshnik mark facing left, together with maker’s mark ”MJ” in Latin letters and additional indistinct marks. Weight: 0.9 oz., (24 g.)
