A RUSSIAN PARCEL-GILT SILVER CREAMER WITH DETAILED ENGRAVING, 1894 - A Russian parcel-gilt silver creamer with a wide belly which has been beautifully engraved with a scene of a small bird chasing an insect through the air, both passing by a tree branch adorned with blooming flowers. Hallmarks: St George Moscow mark, Cyrillic 'L.O' over 1894 date mark, 84 silver proof, 'DE' mark, slightly obscured mark which may be eagle for the Imperial Warrant. Weight: 5.4 oz., (154 g.)
