A PAIR OF TIFFANY STUDIOS BRONZE POTTERY JARDINIÈRES, NEW YORK, EARLY 20TH CENTURY - A matched pair of patinated bronze pottery jardinières of compressed baluster form with flared rims and concentric bands in relief. Finished in a richly mottled gold and brown surface characteristic of the decorative metalwork and pottery produced by Tiffany Studios during the early twentieth century. Each base is stamped ”TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK” and numbered ”1862.” Dimensions: H: 6 1/4 x D: 6 1/2 in., (15.9 x 16.5 cm.) Conditions: Surface wear, scattered scratches, minor abrasions, and areas of rubbing consistent with age and use, attractive overall patina with minor variations in coloration.
