A PAIR OF JAPANESE BARBEDIENNE BRONZE FIGURES, LATE 19TH CENTURY - A pair of patinated bronze Japanese figures, cast in traditional attire with finely modeled facial features and detailed garments. Each figure is posed standing on an integral base, with carefully rendered accessories and textured surfaces. The bronzes display a dark brown patina with warm highlights to raised areas.
