BRONZE SCULPTURE OF A NUDE BOY SIGNED BY FRITZ DILLER, C VALSUANI FOUNDRY - Cast bronze sculpture of a nude boy signed by Fritz Diller (German, 1875-1945). Medium-sized artwork done in the Lost Wax technique, with the Valsuani foundry mark at its base. The Valsuani bronzes are considered rare and hardly ever appear on the Art market. They usually fetch a higher price than the bronzes from the Barbedienne foundry. The cachet ”Cire C. Valsuani Perdue” was used after the year 1923. Dimensions: H: 16 1/2 in., (42 cm.)
