Depicting a tranquil coastal view with a sailboat and steam launch beneath an overcast sky. Presented in an antique giltwood frame bearing a plaque engraved ”Whistler.” Unsigned as visible. Dimensions: 5 1/2 x 7 in., (14 x 17.8 cm.) Conditions: Surface with scattered accretions and minor abrasions. Frame with age-related wear, losses, and restorations.
