"Orden de Ascenso" - "Se comunica por este medio que ha sido póstumamente ascendido al grado inmediato superior de Capitán el primer teniente Manuel Hernández Osorio en correspondencia con las disposiciones legales y los preceptos establecidos que rigen respectivamente el código de ascenso de La Comandancia Regional de la provincia de Las Villas por el Movimiento 26 de Julio. Previa proposición de ascenso fué debidamente analizada por el consejo de guerra [...]".
