The 1998 'Flag standby' definitive (printers' strike emergency issue) on mail: 10 May 1999 postmarke - The 1998 'Flag standby' definitive (printers' strike emergency issue) on mail: 10 May 1999 postmarked registered cover sent from Arab town of MUSMUS to 'Voice of Israel' radio in JERUSALEM, franked 5.35nis (Ba #1302) using the emergency issue adhesive & tied by 1x strike of local postmark on front & back; manuscript docketed office arrival of 7 June; slit open at top, piece of backflap missing. A surprisingly scarce stamp to see used on mail. Of note the stamp bears an imprinted Hebrew message is cursive at the base + Star of David device at the end - this undocumented in Bale (the message is hard to discern).
