Uniform Ensemble of a Staff Sergeant of the Tank Troops (NVA) - Authentic complete set of the National People's Army (GDR) for a non-commissioned officer with sword knot (Staff Sergeant) of the tank troops. The ensemble includes the rare black special clothing as well as the field equipment. • Tank combination / Service uniform: Black jacket and matching combination trousers in size 48. On the right chest is the embroidered tank emblem • Shoulder boards: Looped shoulder boards for a Staff Sergeant • Headgear: • Steel helmet M56: With original net camouflage cover, dating to around 1968. • Tank helmet: Padded soft helmet USSR for tank drivers with integrated radio sets (leather strap closure). • Equipment: • Black leather belt with the NVA emblem (wreath of ears, hammer and compass). • Matching black leather pistol holster and the corresponding shoulder strap An original honorary pennant of the National People's Army, explicitly dedicated to the 9th Tank Division – a rare and decorative testament to unit tradition.
