Two Early Folk Art Cow Pull Toys - Description: Two early 20th century folk art cow pull toys, both on a red painted wooden base with metal wheels. One is made of felt and the other made of hide. Markings & Inscriptions: Unmarked Date: Early 20th century Maker: American Dimensions: 10.5” x 16” x 5”. Provenance: From a Phoenixville, Pennsylvania collection. Condition: Fair condition. The felt cow is missing the horns and has some wear commensurate with age and use. The hide cow is missing horns, the head joinery is splitting, the hide is peeling, and the pull string attachment has broken off.
