Schloss/Crockery Store/Wilkesbarre, PA, ' an unmarked handled jug, a jug with blue glazed 'T.B., ' and a stoneware bottle with rim, marked 'E. Thayer.' Markings & Inscriptions: Three marked, rest unmarked Date: 19th Century Maker: American Dimensions: Largest measures 12” x 11”. Provenance: From a Phoenixville, Pennsylvania collection. Condition: Fair / poor condition. One jug has a broken handle and various chips. 4 gallon bee sting with base crack, Baltimore crock with chips and cracks. Stoneware bottle has large base chip. General chips and cracks present, commensurate with age and use.
