Large Antique Chinese Hardwood and Marble Top Stand - Description: An antique Chinese hardwood and rounded marble top stand with ornate vine carvings down cabriole legs, ending monopodium foot. The apron features ornate bird and berry reticulated carvings and a floral stretcher across the legs, with a curved stretcher higher up the body. The stand is topped with rouge marble and surrounded by branch and berry carvings and joined with pegs. Markings & Inscriptions: Marked '3225.13' on underside Date: Late 19th Century Maker: Chinese Dimensions: 45” x 20” x 15”. Provenance: From a Raleigh, North Carolina collection. Condition: Good condition. The marble top features some wear commensurate with age. The four sections attached to the circular top are a bit loose.
