A Group of Seven Antique and Vintage Gold Stick Pins - Description: Group of Seven Antique and Vintage Gold Stick Pins, including a Wilcox & Co. peridot stick pin, signed WX Wilcox & Co., Providence, RI, circa 1915, stamped 14K; an oval-shaped stick pin with monogram and beaded frame, stamped 10K; a cylindrical-form red stone stick pin, unmarked, testing low karat gold; an Art Nouveau stick pin set with a red garnet, stamped ?15ct? (possibly ?5ct?) and has a silver needle; a damaged flower-form stick pin, unmarked, testing low karat gold; a black and white agatized coral bead stick pin, unmarked, testing low karat gold; and an initial ?A? stick pin with diamond accent, stamped 14K. Total gross weight: 9.1 dwt. Markings & Inscriptions: The peridot stick pin is marked ”14K WX”; some of them are marked, 14K, 10K, ” and ” 5Ct Date: Various, Antique and Vintage Maker: Unknown, no visible maker's marks. Dimensions: Gross Weight: 9.1 Dwt. Provenance: From a Philadelphia collection. Condition: Fair to good condition, commensurate with age; some of the needles are slightly bent. Some are marked; the others were acid-tested. The fossilized coral stick pin has a ring soldered to the needle for attaching a safety chain. The oval stick pin is dented, and the cylindrical shape pin opens, and is a married piece with visible lead solder.
