A Collection of Decorative and Domestic Ceramics including English and European Examples This lot comprises an assortment of ceramics from various manufacturers. Included are a pair of rectangular earthenware serving dishes by Wood and Sons, Burslem, England, bearing the heraldic mark with the names Ralph 1750, Moses 1751, and Enoch 1784. These pieces feature a cream glaze with fine brown speckles and scalloped corners. Also present is a Sadler earthenware biscuit barrel with a wicker swing handle, decorated with gilt foliate patterns and polychrome panels depicting a lady in a garden. A large red-glazed earthenware Christmas serving tray by Sweet Ceramics, Italy, features an embossed tree design and integral handles. The collection also includes a tapered lidded mug by Past Times with maroon floral transfer printing, and three novelty figural teapots designed as thatched cottages and a grocery shop.
