Bay Keramik West German Pottery Large Floral Floor Vase Model 82 50 A large Mid-Century Modern glazed earthenware floor vase of baluster form, manufactured by Bay Keramik, West Germany. The exterior features a hand-painted stylised floral pattern consisting of large blue and red flower heads amongst green foliage, set against a cream-glazed ground with horizontal ochre-yellow brush-stroke detailing. The flared rim and the base are finished with dark green bands. The underside of the base is incised with the manufacturer mark BAY., the origin W.-GERMANY, and the numbers 82 50, identifying the model and the height in centimetres. Height: 50 cm Rim Diameter: 18.5 cm.
