The collection comprises: 1. RAF Form 1394 (Revised December 1951), Brief Statement of Service and Certificate on Discharge. This document records service from 22nd July 1954 to 21st July 1956. The recipient's trade is listed as Armament Fitter, with conduct rated as Exemplary and trade ability as Very Good.
