A Collection of Staffordshire Pottery Seated Spaniel Figurines A collection of ceramic seated spaniel figurines in the traditional Staffordshire style. The group consists of a matched pair and individual figures of varying scales. The figurines are made from glazed earthenware and represent the spaniel breed in a seated posture. The matched pair features white glaze with black painted muzzles and comma-style fur markings in black and gold lustre. They are further decorated with molded collars, padlock pendants, and painted black and gold link chains. The largest individual figure displays extensive gold lustre highlights across the molded fur and a gold link chain. The medium-sized figure is similar in design with gold lustre highlights and a gold-coloured collar. The smallest figure has a squat form with a simple gold lustre collar. No factory marks or decorator signatures are visible on the bodies of the pieces.
