A LATE 19TH CENTURY ENGLISH ORMOLU MOUNTED QUARTER CHIMING BRACKET CLOCK the bell top style case of small proportions embellished with gilt rococo style mounts enclosing a 6” arched brass dial with gilt spandrels and silvered chapter ring surrounding a matted centre, the arch having two subsidiary dials for regulation and tune selection fronting a substantial eight-day triple chain driven fusee movement chiming the quarters on a nest of eight bells and the hours on a gong.
