Two British war medals issued for services in WW1, one is a Defence Medal for 1939-1945, the other is a Service Medal 1914-1918 awarded to 2 Lieut.G.R.Downson. The medal with a rainbow coloured ribbon is for service in a Theatre of war during WW1, awarded to 2 Lieut.. G.R.Dowson.
