PAYMENT - Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated. Accepted forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card- payments will incur a 4% convenience fee on the toal invoice amount (card on file may be charged automatically) Wire Transfer (if requested for larger invoices) Cash (approved local pickup only) I70 Auctions reserves the right to charge the card on file for any unpaid invoice. Failure to remit payment may result in: Revocation of bidding privileges Reporting to all bidding platforms Collection efforts and associated fees Legal action to recover losses Responsibility for resale deficiencies Title does not transfer until payment has cleared in full.
