TERMS AND CONDITIONS - I70 AUCTIONS ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering to bid in any online auction conducted by I70 Auctions, the bidder agrees to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Registration & Binding Agreement All bidders must register and be approved prior to bidding. I70 Auctions reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke bidding privileges at any time. Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding contract. If you are the winning bidder, you are legally obligated to pay the full invoice amount. I70 Auctions is not responsible for missed bids, internet disruptions, platform delays, or technical malfunctions on any bidding platform. 2. Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. Ohio sales tax will be applied unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided prior to payment. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated. Accepted forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card- payments will incur a 4% convenience fee on the toal invoice amount (card on file will be charged automatically) Wire Transfer (Is requested for invoices over $2500.00) Cash (approved local pickup only) I70 Auctions reserves the right to charge the card on file for any unpaid invoice. Failure to remit payment may result in: Revocation of bidding privileges Reporting to all bidding platforms Collection efforts and associated fees Legal action to recover losses Responsibility for resale deficiencies Title does not transfer until payment has cleared in full. 4. As-Is, Where-Is Condition All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions, measurements, and photographs are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos and request additional information prior to bidding, There is also a live preview date that bidder's can view all items in person. THIS AUCTIONS PREVIEW IS JULY 22, 2026, 4:00PM - 6:00PM No returns. No refunds. No exceptions. 5. Shipping Policy Shipping is handled in-house through Shipping Saints. A minimal $15.00 packing fee per invoice will be charged, in addition to actual shipping cost and packing materials. We will select the most economical shipping method unless the buyer requests and pays for a specific carrier or service. Shipping invoices must be paid prior to shipment. I70 Auctions is not responsible for items once they leave our facility. 6. Local Pickup Pickup Location: I70 Auctions 20244 Bridgewater Rd. Salesville, OH 43778 Pickup Dates for this auction: JULY 31, 2026 2:00 PM TO 6:00 PM Buyers must bring their own help and equipment to load heavy furniture or large items. Staff assistance may be limited. 7. Abandonment & Forfeiture Items not paid for and/or not picked up within the allotted time frame will be considered abandoned and forfeited. All forfeited items become the sole property of I70 Auctions, and no refunds will be issued. I70 Auctions reserves the right to resell forfeited items without notice. 8. Default & Non-Payment If a bidder fails to complete payment: The bidder forfeits all rights to the lot(s). The lot(s) may be resold. The defaulting bidder is responsible for any loss incurred upon resale, including fees and costs. The bidder may be permanently banned from future auctions. Non-paying bidders negatively impact our consignors and business. We enforce this policy strictly. 9. Auctioneer’s Rights I70 Auctions reserves the right to: Withdraw or re-catalog items Split or combine lots Extend, pause, or reopen bidding Cancel bids due to error Resolve bidding disputes at our sole discretion The Auctioneer’s decision is final. 10. Limitation of Liability I70 Auctions shall not be liable for: Technical errors or missed bids Catalog or description errors Platform malfunctions Damage occurring after items leave our premises Circumstances beyond our control
