HAVEL VACLAV: (1936-2011) Czech Statesman and Playwright. President of Czechoslovakia 1989-92, and after its dissolution President of the Czech Republic 1993-2003. Havel was the first democratically elected president of either country after the fall of communism. Attractive signed 6 x 4 white card `Vaclav Havel´, in bold blue ink, also adding his usual heart sketch beneath in his hand. An excellent and clean signature. EX
