Poincaré was the first person to discover a chaotic system which laid the foundations of modern chaos theory. Rare A.L.S., `Poincaré´, one page, 8vo, n.p., n.d., to a comrade, in French. Poincaré states `Ne pensez-vous pas comme moi qu´il serait temps de s´occuper de la question de la rémunération du travail de dépouillement des recueils, question dont je vous parlais dans ma dernière lettre.
