HAILE SELASSIE I: (1892-1975) Ethiopian Regent Plenipotentiary 1916-30 and Emperor 1930-74. A good vintage signed 10 x 14 photograph, the image depicting Haile Selassie in a half-length pose wearing a black cape. Photograph by Swaine of New Bond Street, London. Signed in dark fountain pen ink to the image, across a dark area although still legible, and dated 1936 in his hand.
