Mill writes, in full, 'I fortunately have a copy of the book on Comte here. I will make the corrections in that copy and send it to Messrs. Childs'. Accompanied by an A.L.S., N Trubner, by Nicholas Trubner, one page, 8vo, Ludgate Hill, London, 5th November 1881, to a friend, on the printed stationery of Trubner & Co., Publishers and Literary Agents, in French. Nicholas Trubner (1817-1884) German-English publisher, bookseller and linguist.
Mill's Auguste Comte and Positivism had been published by Trubner in 1865.
