The partially printed document being a safe-conduct given to Pierre Laurent Dumont authorizing his free travelling for six months, and stating `His Majesty expressly warns any creditor to avoid any claim, and to any sergeant, any bailiff, or any other to arrest him or disturb him..« Countersigned by Louis Phelypeaux.
