The partially printed document, completed in typescript, is a decree issued for the appointment of agronomist trainees following the mandatory law of November 1935 on the organisation of rural security services and states that it is the unanimous opinion of the Administrative Service Council, with the approval of the expenditure by the Ministry of Finance, to promote the third class trainee agronomists Georgios Char and Spyridakis and Dimitrios Papadimitropoulos to the rank and salary of second class, being in possession of the qualifications defined by law. Countersigned at the foot by the Minister of the Interior. With blank integral leaf and several ink and indelible pencil annotations and official stamps. Some light overall age wear and a light stain to the upper edge. G
