The partially printed attractive document signed by the `Empress and Sovereign of All Russias..´ is a title given to officer Pushchin serving in Semionovsky Lifeguard regiment, appointing him Lifeguard Lieutenant and discharging him from service because of the pain resulting from his wounds and services given from 19th April 1765. Bearing to the front a large and attractive paper seal affixed. Addressed at the base of the document to Colonel Vadkovsky.
