Book signed and inscribed, being a softcover edition of Balthus , edited by Jorg Zutter and published by Editions d´Art Albert Skira, Geneva, and the Musee cantonal des Beaux-Arts, Lausanne, 1993, on the occasion of an exhibition of the artist´s works at the Musee cantonal des Beaux-Arts, 29th May - 29th August 1993. The French text edition features essays by Zutter, Jean Leymarie, Jean Rodolphe de Salis and Jean Starobinski, as well as many colour images of the artist´s paintings.
